The European Commission adopted on April 6th, 2022the regulatory technical standards (RTS) for the Sustainable Finance Disclosures Regulation (SFDR) – 2019/2088.

As stated in the joint supervisory statement from March 25th 2022, after adoption of the RTS the European Parliament or the Council have the right to object to the draft RTS within a period of three months from the date of notification of the adoption of the Commission Delegated Regulation. Therefore, the Commission Delegated Regulation may differ from the draft RTS in the ESAs’ final reports from 4 February and 22 October 2021.
In terms of the Level 2 RTS Requirements, cleversoft is offering standardized services on the whole scope of the relevant SFDR Disclosure requirements. Cleversoft has already implemented first periodic and pre-contractual disclosure based on the RTS Templates and has first clients, using them in their daily business during the interim period.
We are now reviewing the adopted templates and will adjust our existing templates accordingly. Our Regulatory Watch Team is monitoring closely the development of the SFDR Requirements and will inform you as far as any further updates are available.
